Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from inside our app Ask Jessica. You do not need to email us or contact support to request deletion.

How to delete your account in the Ask Jessica app.

1. Open the Ask Jessica app and make sure you are signed in.

2. Tap the purple menu button (the three-line “hamburger” icon) in the top right corner of the screen.

3. A side menu will slide open from the right.

4. Scroll all the way to the bottom of that menu.

5. Tap the red button labeled “Delete account.”

6. You will see a confirmation warning telling you that this action cannot be undone.

7. Choose Delete / Confirm if you want to permanently delete your account, or Cancel if you change your mind.

Important:
• Deleting your account is permanent.
• All of your data and conversation history will be removed.
• After deletion, you will not be able to restore your account or recover any messages.

What happens when you delete

When you confirm deletion:

• Your account is permanently removed.
• Your profile information is deleted.
• Your message history and interactions are deleted.
• Your access to the app is revoked.

This process is immediate. Once you confirm, the account and data are not recoverable.

If you can’t access the app

If you’ve lost access to the app (for example, you changed phones or you can’t log in), you can still request deletion. Please email us at askjessica.app@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete my account” and include the Google account email you used to sign in. We will permanently remove your account and associated data.
