Welcome to Ask Jessica. By accessing or using our app, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the app or its features in any way that could disrupt its operation or negatively impact others.
You may be required to sign in with your Google account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your login credentials.
We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our privacy policy by clicking on "Privacy policy" in the menu if you have our app. Alternatively you can view our privacy policy here to learn how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
There are two auto-renewable subscription options available. Users can choose a monthly subscription for $7.99 (USD) per month or a yearly subscription for $29.99 (USD) per year. Both plans provide the same features and benefits; the only difference is the billing frequency.
Each user account receives $0.10 of free credit to give them the opportunity to try out the app. Once that credit runs out users will need to buy more credit to continue chatting with Jessica via the messaging service and the phone service.

In-app purchases are processed through your app store account (e.g., Google Play or Apple App Store). Charges are applied immediately and are non-refundable.
Charges are applied based on the size of each text or voice input you submit through the app. Each request to our server (API call) results in a deduction from your credit balance.
The cost per request varies depending on input size and format. Users are responsible for monitoring their credit balance and managing their usage.
We may modify these Terms or terminate our services at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the app after changes to the Terms implies your acceptance of those changes.
Ask Jessica is intended for adults aged 18 and over. The app does not allow or facilitate any form of child exploitation or abuse. We comply with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards and will report any suspected illegal content or behavior to the appropriate authorities.
